These terms describe your use of Finovo, owned and operated by Quantempower Technologies-AI LLP. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms shown when you participate.

1. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate registration and profile information, keep your password secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. If you cannot independently agree to these terms under applicable law, involve a parent or guardian before using the service.

2. Responsible participation

Use Finovo respectfully and lawfully. Do not publish misleading profiles, fraudulent advertisements, harassment, spam, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not collect members' information for unsolicited marketing, attempt to bypass access controls, or manipulate rewards, referrals or community activity.

3. Content and intellectual property

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have permission to share it. By posting content, you allow Finovo to store, display and process it as needed to operate the relevant feature and moderate the community. This does not transfer ownership of your content. Finovo's branding, design and original materials belong to their respective rights holders and must not be reused in a misleading or unauthorised way.

4. Educational and professional information

Library materials, discussions, student resources and other information support learning and professional understanding. They are not a substitute for independent verification or advice from a suitably qualified professional. Laws, examination requirements and other information may change. Check authoritative sources before making financial, legal, academic or career decisions.

5. Directories, coaching centres and jobs

Members, coaching centres, employers and other third parties are responsible for their profiles, advertisements and offers. A listing does not guarantee qualifications, service quality, employment, admission or any outcome. Check relevant credentials and terms before entering an agreement or making a payment. Third-party engagements are between you and the relevant provider.

6. Memberships and payments

Plan features, prices, billing cycles and any renewal conditions are shown during plan selection and checkout. Review them before subscribing. Payments are processed by the selected payment provider. For billing, cancellation or refund enquiries, email admin@quantempower.com with the relevant transaction reference. Any entitlement under applicable law remains unaffected.

7. Rewards

Rewards participation is governed by the Rewards Program, including eligibility, review, limits, adjustments and payout rules. Points do not guarantee a payment until the relevant conditions are satisfied. Do not create artificial activity or multiple accounts to obtain rewards.

8. Moderation and service availability

Content or access may be restricted to address misuse, security concerns or breaches of these terms. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision is incorrect. Features may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other operational reasons.

9. Responsibility and disputes

Finovo cannot guarantee that community content or third-party offers are complete, accurate or suitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for assessing them before acting. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a concern arises, contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.
