Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Finovo is owned and operated by Quantempower Technologies-AI LLP. This policy explains the information used to operate Finovo and how to contact us with privacy questions.

1. Information you provide

When you register, we collect account details such as your name, email address, phone number, profession, education and city. You may add a profile photograph, organisation, professional experience, biography and links. We also process content you submit to forums, groups, professional listings, coaching centre registrations and other features you choose to use.

Contact enquiries include your name, email address, subject and message. Membership and rewards features use subscription records, contribution activity, points, referral information and payment or payout references. Payment providers process payment details through their own services.

2. How information is used

Information is used to create and manage accounts, display profiles and listings you choose to publish, support community participation, administer memberships and rewards, answer enquiries, and maintain platform security. Contact details submitted through the enquiry form are used to respond to that enquiry.

3. Information visible to other people

Professional directory entries, published coaching advertisements, posts and other content intended for sharing may be visible to other visitors or members. Consider what you include before publishing. Do not submit another person's private details without their permission.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Finovo uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, email delivery and payments. Relevant information is processed by these providers to supply those services. A contact message is delivered to our administration mailbox through the configured email provider. Providers may process information in locations outside your country.

Information may also need to be disclosed to respond to a valid legal request, investigate abuse, resolve payment disputes or protect platform users. Links to external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Authentication and session features use browser storage to keep you signed in. Payment and other third-party services may use their own cookies or storage. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings; clearing it may sign you out or affect features.

6. Retention and security

Account information is retained while needed to provide your account and associated services. Enquiries, transaction records and moderation records may need to be retained to respond to requests, administer payments, resolve disputes or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access controls and authenticated sessions help protect account information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

You can update available profile details through your Profile page. For a request to access, correct or delete information, close an account, withdraw permission for future contact, or raise a privacy concern, email admin@quantempower.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for the purposes described above; we will explain relevant limitations when responding.

8. Students and younger users

Students should avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information publicly. If you are below the age at which you can independently agree to use the service under applicable law, involve a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians can contact us about information supplied by a child.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Finovo's services change. The date above identifies the latest version. For questions, contact Quantempower Technologies-AI LLP at admin@quantempower.com or +91 7358414493.
